The beans from the highlands of Guatemala give the roasted coffee its delicacy and light, subtle acidity.
There the best green coffees are carefully harvested and processed.
To ensure these qualities, there are a variety of regional controls in place to keep the Antigua name alive.
The spiciness, dark chocolate and the long-lasting, nutty aftertaste come from our Robusta specialty from India and the coffee comes into its own in the cup.
