Climate: Dry and warm Mediterranean climate throughout the entire year, characterized by it's mild winters and really hot summers.
Soil: Pebbled soil with high amounts of clay and limestone, mixed with fluvial alluvium sediments.
Vinification: Traditional vinification; de-stemming, short maceration with skins, light pressing, alcoholic fermentation.
