Good sweetness/acid ratio, which makes the wine appear lively and fresh despite the slightly higher residual sweetness - this is also a very good wine for terraces, balconies and barbecues.

Soft and rich substance carries the aromas of pear, red apple and white currant.

With grilled fish, white meat, salads, poultry and asparagus.

The grapes are gently harvested by hand, carefully sorted and gently pressed after a juice skin contact time of approx. 24 hours.

Mineral-fresh nose with a potpourri of white fruits and a hint of citrus, elegant and fresh-fruity on the palate with fine notes of melon and apple.

Great accompaniment to food and ideal with fish and seafood, asparagus and white poultry.
