This golden-yellow Champagne has an elegant effervescence and a full nose, with stewed fruit aromas and a few notes of roasting.

Creamy on the palate with brioche and candied fruit flavours. This mature wine, rich and full-bodied in a Magnum, will be an ideal accompaniment to grilled white meats or roast poultry.

Full of charm, very feminine and fruity, elegant as an aperitif or with a dessert, this wine comes in a transparent bottle, which allows us to appreciate its deep pink colour.

The nose offers red berry, strawberry and boiled sweet aromas, while, on the palate, there is a concentration of raspberry and redcurrant flavours, highlighting the complexity of a convivial Champagne that still knows how to be elegant and refined.

Madame Suzanne BAUGET, born JOUETTE in 1911, stopped working in the BAUGET-JOUETTE Champagne house in 1997 at the age of 86. Having defended the virtues of champagne and the quality of BAUGET-JOUETTE champagne for over 60 years, we felt that a tribute was in order and christened a prestigious wine with her name.

This champagne is made from our best “Terroirs”, which concentrate some of the house’s finest, most sophisticated wines, and is kept in our cellars for at least 5 years. It is the very height of excellence, a perfect reflection of the BAUGET-JOUETTE style.

Its pale golden colour reveals a very elegant effervescence and a persistent necklace. The initial nose is discreet and elegant, with white flower and sweet almond notes that open up delicately on airing. The impression on the palate in initially soft, smooth and slightly creamy. The wine then reveals all its complexity, with toasted brioche and stewed fruit flavours, ending in a long, smooth finish. Today, to present this prestigious wine, we have packed it in an elegant box.

This Champagne is the perfect balance between the citrus caracterof Chardonnay and the spicy power of Pinot Noir an the delicately tropical, yellow fruit flavour of Pinot Meunier.
