Carlos Plaza shows an intense cherry colour with purple and garnet hints. 

Intense and elegant nose. First, aromas of quite mature red fruits. Afterwards, you can notice the subtle aromas provided by the stay in the barrel. Vanilla, cacao and some toasted and spicy hints. Rich in aromas partly due to the use of the two different barrels.

Nice and amiable entry in the mouth. Well-balanced, soft, ripe tannins and delicious notes of liquorice and coffee liquor. Good persistence.

Very intense ruby colour with purple hints. Deep and concentrated colour. Very covered.

Primary aromas of black mature fruits like black cherry, raspberry and plum stand out together with balsamic and spicy notes. Hints of bakery,vanilla, mocha, cacao and roasted coffee. In spite of the high alcohol degree, this is very well integrated and balanced. Well- structured full body wine.

It is round, velvety, with a refined tannin. Well-balanced flavours of the varietal: black fruits, earthy flavours and spicy undertones. Very elegant wine.

It first comes to us the evident youth by means of earthy blackfruit aromas, strawberries and raspberries, violets and even sweets reminds of jelly.

Nice nuances of fresh green herbs. As you keep on tasting, other

interesting notes appear, such as liquorice and hints of mint. Fresh and fruity aftertaste. 

 It is a fresh and easy drinking wine. Subtle, smooth and amiable.
