The color of this Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep rich purple.
It opens up with aromas of soft cocoa, nice cedar and pencil shavings with a hint of mint and clove.
On the palate beautiful cassis and blackberry flavors lead into aniseed and juniper. The finish is grippy and mouth filling with a silky chocolate flavor that lingers for some time.
A lot of effort goes into making this classic Cabernet Sauvignon, from vineyard to bottle.
The grapes for this wine come from our best vineyard block, situated near the original gravel quarry that the winery was built over.
The wine will age well for the next 15 years, becoming softer and rounder.
